2. Company Overview

Salt Bliss specializes in the bulk and wholesale supply of Himalayan Pink Salt products. We do not operate as a retailer or e-commerce store, and our focus is on providing high-quality salt products to businesses, distributors, and manufacturers.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Salt Bliss.
• Pricing for our products is provided upon request and may vary based on order volume and specifications.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Payment Terms.

• Our Payment terms are 30% Advance and 70% on the Shipping Documents.
• Payment methods will be specified in the invoice provided at the time of order confirmation.
• Agreed upon advance payment must be made prior production to start the order.
• In the case of samples, DHL cost must be borne by the client.

5. Shipping and Delivery.

• Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation; however, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
• Insurance of the shipment can be made as per buyer’s requirement however, Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Quality Assurance

We take pride in our commitment to quality. Our Himalayan Pink Salt products undergo rigorous quality control measures to ensure they meet industry standards. If there are any discrepancies or quality issues upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Salt Bliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

Salt Bliss reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
